Product Review: Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lip Kit

Have y’all been looking for a great Liquid lipstick? I know us girls always struggle with this. Have you guys ever Google searched liquid lipsticks and a bunch of results come up saying: this is the best or that is the best? It confuses the heck out of me, the real trick is what works best for you because everyone has different opinions.

I recently just bought my first Kylie Cosmetics lip kit. I have never tried her products before. I am not to happy about the regular prices but the other day I was able to get this on sale at Ulta Beauty. The original price is $30 and I got it for $12. I love a good deal because who doesn’t. The shade is called Ulta Beauty which I find interesting. My honest opinion about it, is that the color seem a bit dark for me. I am not sure if it’s just the color Ulta Beauty had or if all her colors are like that. I was not a fan of the darker colors because I’m more of a pink liquid lipstick kind of girl — well, with any type of lip product technically. Besides the color I like how long it lasted. I had it on all day, I did not have to reapply like I have to with other liquid lipsticks. I really love that so you don’t have to feel like: is my lipstick coming off or is it smudging and looking bad? I do not like that feeling and us girls should not have to feel that way. It is always important that all our makeup looks good no matter what we are doing. I know all you girls rave about Kylie Jenner’s cosmetic line. I do not follow her because I am not a huge fan. I do not know a lot about her products. This is just my opinion about what I have tried so far. With that said, my other con about the lip kit is that does dry your lips. It is not as bad as other products though which is a pro. The dryness is not that noticeable which I like as well. I dislike how some liquid lipsticks make your lips noticeably dry.

I did only wear this product for a couple of days. I might have more details about it later on, but for now those are the only things I have noticed. This lip kit is not my absolute favorite but it might work for you. I hope this review was helpful for you guys!
